Two Internship Positions – ConradBI is looking for two entrepreneurial minded individuals to join a one-of-kind internship opportunity.

Learning Opportunity – This is not a paid internship. If you are wanting an intense learning experience and have the time to invest, you will be rewarded in a way much greater than immediate financial gain.

Rare Mentorship – You will be personally taught by ConradBI’s founder, James Forbes. James loves mentoring and pushing people to their limits to make them the best of the best. He is intense and focused and will drive your professional growth at a high rate. You will not be the same person in skill, experience, or mindset after you finish.

From the Ground Up – You will be working on a new advanced BI program to support ConradBI itself. We are the experts at building programs from start to finish. Our business has shifted from being product-driven to service-driven and our BI program needs to adjust. This is extremely important to ConradBI as a data-driven organization. We live by our data.

Weekly Effort – We understand you may have a full-time job/internship or school and we support you in making this first priority.  We are looking for individuals that are passionate about learning BI and will prioritize their time as appropriate to satisfy this passion with some of their remaining time.  Note, this is a remote position.

Work & Technology – We will be following ConradBI’s proven approach in developing successful BI programs.  The work will include acquisitioning data from a variety of sources, modeling data with SQL and Power BI (Power Query) using a modified version of Kimball’s methodology, and visualizing with Power BI.  If you do not have experience with the tools mentioned but are passionate and a quick learner, we will help develop your skillset.

Duration – ConradBI has a business need to have this program operational by August 1, 2023.  The internship opportunity will start soon and will end shortly after the program is implemented.

Future Possibilities – This is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your abilities and passion for business intelligence to ConradBI.  Do a good job and you will be at the top of the queue for possible future paid positions.  ConradBI is heavily focused on building  an awesome work environment with great pay and professional growth opportunities.
